2025 HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION (Grades 9-12)
Registration Information
- Football Player Registration is $750, which includes registration + pre-game meals.
- Registration opens: March 3, 2025
- Full payment due: June 30, 2025 (to receive a free registration hoodie; no exceptions will be made after this date)

📅 Spring & Summer Schedule:
- March 26 – Rising 9th Grade Parent Meeting, 6:30 PM @ ABC
- April 1 – Varsity Parent Meeting (10th-12th), 6:30 PM @ PAC
- April 14 – April 23 – Rising 9th Grade Practices, 5:00 PM – 7:15 PM
- April 24 – Rising 9th Grade Inner Scrimmage
- May 1 – Varsity Spring Practice Begins
- May 16 – Spring Game vs. North Cobb (Home), 7:30 PM
- July 21 – July 25 – Varsity Mandatory Attendance Week
- July 26 – Picture Day
- July 28 – First Official Day of 2025 Fall Practice
Important Information
🔹 Concession Deposit
All families are required to work 3 concession shifts per player and one cleanup day per family. A deposit of $350 will be collected at the Potluck Dinner. If you sign in and complete all assigned shifts, your concession deposit check will be returned at the end of the season. If you fail to work any assigned shift, the deposit will be forfeited.
🔹 Fundraising Requirement
All families are required to participate in fundraising efforts, as these funds are crucial to support our program. If you choose not to sell Hoya cards, you may opt-out by paying a $300 fee. However, families who opt out are still expected to participate in other fundraising activities.
🔹 Eligibility Requirement
Players must reside in the Harrison High School district to participate. Please check the CCSD Transportation webpage to confirm eligibility.
🔹 Sibling Discount
The first player is full price, and each additional player receives a $25 discount.
🔹 Camps
Any “by invitation only” camp requires an additional fee, which will be collected by the coaching staff or HHSFBC.
Mandatory Physical Requirements
- All players must have a completed physical form before participating in any football activities.
Physical Form Submission:
- All pages of the Cobb County Physical Form must be completed and uploaded to Parent Vue. Instructions can be found here.
- An electronic copy must also be submitted to the coaching staff.
Physical Form Guidelines:
- Physicals are valid for 12 months from the exam date.
- Any physical on or after April 1, 2024, is valid for the 2025-2026 GHSA school year.
- The exam must be completed by a licensed M.D., D.O., nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant.
- The physical form must be signed by an M.D. or D.O. (a doctor’s stamp is acceptable if it is in script and includes identifying information).
Refund Policy
Refund Breakdown:
- Prior to July 1, 2025: You will receive a 60% refund.
- July 1 – 21, 2025: You will receive a 35% refund.
- After July 22, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

2025 JUNIOR PROGRAM REGISTRATION (Grades 6-8)
Registration Information
- Football Player Registration is $675, which includes the Junior Program Football Summer Camp.
- Registration opens: March 3, 2025
- Full payment due: June 30, 2025 (to receive a free registration hoodie; no exceptions will be made after June 30th).

- April 28 – May 9 – JRP Spring Practice
- May 10 – Spring Game
- July 14 – July 17 – JRP Summer Camp (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
- July 21 – First Day of Practice
- July 26 – Picture Day
Important Information

A $350 deposit for football-issued equipment will be required at equipment pickup. The deposit will be returned at the end of the season if the equipment is returned in serviceable condition. Failure to return equipment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

- Online registration is complete
- Registration fees & deposits are paid
- All required documents are submitted at equipment distribution
Required Documents (bring 2 copies unless noted otherwise):
- Player’s Birth Certificate (2 copies)
- Two copies of the GMSAA Waiver
- Two copies of the GMSAA Concussion Awareness Waiver
- One copy of the 2024-2025 CCSD Physical Form, all pages
- Two utility bills in the name of the legal parent or guardian showing the player’s residence in the Harrison district
